I just made my tumblr a few days ago… but I already rather like it…

I’ve got several ideas to post about on a regular basis… so expect lots of music and music theory related stuff… cats… occasionally politics… rants… pictures of food… DJ mixes… original production… random videos… hilarious things that happen around me or I happen to stumble across… basically just a pile of awesome with a little bit of passion interspersed here and there. :)

I’m broadcasting now live at Echozaurora.com/tv I’m going to be doing a variety of genres for now, and at 9PM CST (10PM EST/NG) I’ll be doing at least an hour of ambient… and possibly doing an artist interview as well via Skype!

On that note, I’ll be online at Skype (Username: echozaurora) to take calls as well if anyone wants to call in during the broadcast… so come waste the rest of the evening away with me!

Newgrounds Dubstep Comp Broadcast

I helped judge a dubstep competition over in the audio forum at Newgrounds.com and I’ll be running the results broadcast tomorrow! Tune in here at the new EchozAurora.com/tv broadcast page and we’ll be starting things up around 2PM local time, 3PM EST (NG time). There were plenty of great entries, so expect a treat for yer ears!

Just got the bio updated here and on Facebook… hopefully soon I’ll get around to updating all of the pictures and such… and get a running event calendar as well. Haven’t quite gotten around to that yet.

Regardless, I am working on things here, it’ll just be a bit. If you haven’t noticed, the mix archive is up and running… and you can download mixes and/or stream them right here!

EA Borealis is a relatively new project, but we have had some great success and a lot of fun! Our members love working together, dancing their little tushes off, and giving the audience a fantastic overall stage presence alongside Echoz!

We are looking to expand our family so that we may start traveling more, and offer an even more complete musical experience for our, and Echoz Aurora, devout fans.

I’ll do a full update later assuming I’m still coherent after work.

Had a good long lil Spring Break down in FL, played a great show and met a lot of people! I’ve got a lot of pictures to add to the site, and a mix archive prepped to load here as well. I’ll try to do a good wrapup here on the blog… for now just mentioning that I’m going to try to start updating this on at least a weekly basis. =D

And… we’re back!

Welcome to the new EchozAurora.com!

I hope you all like the new look of things, I’ve put it off for way too long… but things are finally moving again.

There are still plenty of things that will be coming to the site, including the new “Echoz Warez” merch store. Anyway, for now… check it out! I’ve set it up for Facebook connect, and I’m working on pulling together my mix archive to try to get my full list of recordings up here as well.

And the winner of the logo contest is… Flowers10, from Newgrounds.com !

Go check out some of his other artwork and leave him some love! Hopefully I hear back from him eventually so I can hook him up with some merch n such and see about other commission stuff.

Btw, the logo is the sleek black and white image with the circle and stylized text. Here is another great design he did though!

In advance of setting up for a couple possible upcoming tours, I’m working on doing a complete revamp of my site, digital presence, etc.

Sooo… I’m in need of a new logo!
